-Refund is available within 7 days of receiving the order

-Returned items should be unused, in the original packaging and condition, with any labels still attached

-The refund of money will be done in the same form of payment method originally used for purchase

-For all returns, the refunded amount to the customer will only be the amount of product cost. The customer to pay the shipping fees back and forth.

-The refund of money will take place within 10 business days upon receiving back the returned items to Duraibah
*Damaged Items Policy:

-In unusual circumstances where the item is damaged upon receipt, we will pay for the shipping cost, otherwise the customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping the merchandise back to Duraibah

-Damaged items will be replaced with a new item within 10 business days subject to availability of stock
